About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain native iOS features in Swift, from architecture and implementation through App Store release
  • Partner with design and product to turn complex financial workflows into clear, responsive mobile experiences
  • Shape how the app handles authentication, account state, transactions, errors, and interrupted flows
  • Work with backend and platform engineers to define reliable app-facing contracts
  • Improve quality through thoughtful testing, observability, code review, and attention to real user behavior
  • Help set technical direction for iOS and mentor other engineers through collaboration and feedback
  • Own features from early product discussions through release and improvement, working closely with design, product, and engineers across the stack

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A track record of shipping and improving production iOS apps with Swift
  • Strong command of SwiftUI and practical experience with UIKit where it serves the product
  • Sound judgment about app architecture, asynchronous work, state management, networking, and persistence
  • Experience designing for security, privacy, accessibility, and performance
  • Ability to take ownership of an ambiguous problem, make clear tradeoffs, and bring others along
  • Nice to have: experience with financial products, trading, digital assets, or wallets
  • Nice to have: experience building apps that handle sensitive account or transaction flows
  • Nice to have: familiarity with release automation, analytics, and crash monitoring
