About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical integrations with strategic APAC partners, including exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other ecosystem participants
Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout partner onboarding, implementation, launch, and post-launch support
Support Business Development during technical evaluations, architecture discussions, and partner diligence
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with Engineering and Product teams for resolution
Build relationships with partner engineering teams and provide technical guidance throughout integrations
Coordinate partner launches and drive post-launch adoption and technical success
Translate partner feedback into actionable product improvements
Improve developer experience through documentation, tooling, and integration process improvements
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Operations
Stay current on blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, APIs, and digital asset ecosystem developments

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, Developer Relations, or a similar technical customer-facing role
Strong software engineering or systems engineering foundation
Ability to understand APIs, distributed systems, and blockchain infrastructure
Professional experience within crypto, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or Web3
Experience supporting technical integrations with external partners or enterprise customers
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to independently own partner relationships and drive projects from discovery through production launch
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required
Willingness to maintain approximately 8–10 hours per week overlap with U.S.-based teams
Preferred: experience with exchange integrations, institutional trading infrastructure, digital asset custody platforms, DeFi protocols, tokenization platforms, real-world asset infrastructure, REST APIs, SDKs, blockchain nodes, smart contracts, developer tooling, institutional financial markets, trading infrastructure, or capital markets
