About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Apply specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current resident/fellow completing training in 2026 or 2027
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed the relevant residency program within the last calendar year and be scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in Texas before the One Medical start date
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
- Authorization to work in the United States, verified through E-Verify
