About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Resident/Fellow completing training in 2026 or 2027
  • Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
  • Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed the relevant residency within the last calendar year and be scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
  • State licensed in Massachusetts before the One Medical start date
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
  • Ability to use technology to deliver high quality care
  • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
  • Openness to feedback and reflection
  • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
  • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
