Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
Treat patients in-office and in testing centers
Conduct occasional telehealth visits
Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning modalities
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
Use specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures
Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current Resident/Fellow completing training in 2026 or 2027
Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed the relevant residency program within the last calendar year and be scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
State licensed in Georgia before the One Medical start date
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
Openness to feedback and reflection
Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
Authorized to work in the U.S.
