About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a patient panel with broad patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treat patients in-office and in testing centers, with occasional telehealth visits
  • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning modalities
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
  • Apply specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures
  • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Resident/Fellow completing training in 2026 or 2027, or currently enrolled in or completed within the last year an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
  • Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and be scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
  • State licensed in Arizona before the One Medical start date
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
  • Ability to use technology to deliver high-quality care
  • Passion for human-centered primary care
  • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
  • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
  • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
