About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a patient panel with broad patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office and in testing centers
- Conduct occasional telehealth visits
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous learning activities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Apply clinical training and perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Resident/Fellow completing training in 2026 or 2027
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or recently completed the relevant residency and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- California state medical license obtained before the One Medical start date
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Openness to feedback and reflection
- Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
