About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a patient panel with broad patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits
Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
Use specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures
Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages coupled with either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care seeing patients of all ages
State licensed in Oregon by the One Medical start date
Passion for human-centered primary care
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Desire to be an integral part of a healthcare delivery team
Openness to feedback and reflection
Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs
Authorization to work in the U.S.
