Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits
Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
Apply clinical training and perform in-office procedures
Deliver primary care through One Medical’s in-office and virtual care services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) plus either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
State licensed in Arizona by the One Medical start date
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
Passion for human-centered primary care
Desire to be an integral part of a healthcare delivery team
Openness to feedback and reflection
Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs
Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
