About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
  • Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treat patients in-office and in testing centers
  • Conduct occasional tele-health visits
  • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous learning activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Resident/Fellow completing training in 2026 or 2027, or currently enrolled in or completed within the last year an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
  • Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or completed the relevant residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
  • State licensed in Washington D.C. before the One Medical start date
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
  • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
  • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
  • Passion for human-centered primary care
  • Openness to feedback and reflection
  • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
  • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
