About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
Treat patients in-office and in testing centers
Conduct occasional tele-health visits
Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning modalities
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures
Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of the One Medical start date
State licensed in Ohio before the One Medical start date
Passion for human-centered primary care
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
