About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
- Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
- Provide virtual clinical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers as part of a 24/7, 365-day team-based service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in CO with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
- Availability for current shifts ranging from 7am–6pm PST and 11am–10pm PST
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Openness to feedback and reflection
- Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
