About the role

- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of primary care experience required
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in Washington state
- Board Certification
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Desire to contribute to a team changing healthcare delivery

- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
