About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- See patients with broad needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or MedPeds residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; alternatively, presently Board Eligible as a qualifying resident, or completed a qualifying residency within the last calendar year and scheduled for the next available Board Exam
- Licensed in Washington before the One Medical start date
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Desire to contribute to a healthcare delivery team
- Openness to feedback and reflection
- Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs
