Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
Treat patients in-office and in testing centers, with occasional telehealth visits
Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
Apply clinical training and perform in-office procedures
Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
Provide full-time primary care at One Medical’s University Avenue office in Berkeley, California, following a four-days-in-clinic, one-day-remote schedule

What you’ll need

Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of starting at One Medical
State licensed in California before the One Medical start date
Passion for human-centered primary care
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Ability to work as part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
Openness to feedback and reflection
Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs
Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
