About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers
- Conduct occasional telehealth visits
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Apply specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Resident/Fellow completing training in 2026 or 2027
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or completed the relevant residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in Massachusetts before the One Medical start date
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to use technology effectively to deliver high-quality care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Openness to feedback and reflection
- Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
