About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Provide evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with primary care providers
Care for patients across all ages and support care delivery 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred; willingness to obtain required
Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, with every other Saturday and/or Sunday required
Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6am-5pm, 7am-6pm, 11am-10pm, or 1pm-12am PST
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
Openness to feedback and reflection
Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
U.S. work authorization verified through E-Verify
