About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
- Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
- Provide virtual clinical care to One Medical patients in coordination with primary care providers
- Care for patients across a 24/7, 365-day virtual care operation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- At least 2 years in the past 5 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO, with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- For CA: 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred, with willingness to obtain required
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
- Availability for shifts ranging from 7am–6pm PST and 11am–10pm PST
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
