About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
Utilize specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
Provide virtual clinical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers
Care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through a team-based approach

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
Currently licensed in CO with ability to obtain additional state licenses
Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, with every other Saturday and/or Sunday required
Ability to work current shifts ranging from 7am-6pm PST and 11am-10pm PST
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Passion for human-centered primary care
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
Openness to feedback and reflection
Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
Authorized to work in the U.S.; One Medical participates in E-Verify
