About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Treat patients via telehealth, including telephonic triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
- Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
- Provide evidence-based primary care to One Medical patients in coordination with primary care providers
- Deliver virtual care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through a team-based approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- At least 2 years in the past 5 years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in Oregon, with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and Sunday required
- Ability to work current shifts ranging from 7am-6pm PST, 12pm-11pm PST, or 1pm-12am PST
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
