Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities
Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
Provide virtual clinical care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as part of a team-based model

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion of Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS)
Maintaining an active NCCPA certification
In the past 5 years, practiced as a PA for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
Currently licensed in AL with ability to obtain additional state licenses
Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
Ability to work current shifts ranging from 11am-10pm EST or 12pm-11pm EST
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs
Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
