About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Treat patients through telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities
Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
Provide evidence-based primary care to One Medical patients in coordination with primary care providers
Deliver virtual clinical care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
Currently licensed in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO, with ability to obtain additional state licenses
For AZ: Must have > 8000 hours and be eligible for PA collaborative status
Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
Availability for shifts ranging from 6 am–5 pm PT through 1 pm–12 am PT
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
Openness to feedback and reflection
Ability to navigate uncertain situations
Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs
Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
