About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own recurring paid-performance analysis across Meta, Google, TikTok, and email, down to campaign, ad set, and creative
- Measure cost per funded deal and return on ad spend, not only cost per lead
- Analyze the full acquisition funnel from ad click through funded deal
- Identify funnel drop-off points, quantify their cost, and recommend changes
- Build quality metrics to distinguish high-volume channels from channels producing fundable businesses
- Design and interpret creative, landing page, audience, and geo-holdout tests
- Help shape and quality-check marketing data foundations, including tagging, attribution, and data models
- Reconcile spend and validate joins between marketing activity, leads, and funded deals
- Build dashboards and reporting used by marketing and executives
- Present findings in plain language with clear recommendations
- Report to Analytics leadership and work alongside the data science and analytics team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 to 7 years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, performance marketing, or digital media measurement
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, mathematics, business or marketing analytics, computer science, or similar)
- Strong SQL
- Working Python with pandas
- Ability to query the warehouse and perform analysis in notebooks or scripts
- Hands-on experience with paid digital platforms, particularly Meta and Google Ads
- Practical fluency with UTM tagging and conversion tracking
- Web and product analytics experience, such as GA4 or comparable tools
- Experience with event tracking and step-level funnel analysis
- Experiment literacy, including designing and interpreting A/B or geo tests
- Strong data-quality instincts and ability to reconcile data before reporting
- Strong visualization and communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in lending, fintech, insurance, subscription, or another business with a long funnel and a qualification gate between the lead and revenue is a strong plus
- Experience with dbt, cloud data environments such as AWS, and modern AI tooling such as LLMs and agents is a plus
