About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Sr. Manager - Talent Management and Learning
- Assess development needs and create tailored learning solutions
- Deliver and evaluate leadership and employee development programs
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, simulations, team-building activities, and summits
- Conduct needs assessments and customize program content
- Evaluate initiatives using surveys, qualitative feedback, performance metrics, and assessment tools
- Analyze assessment data to coach leaders and create individualized development plans
- Collaborate with senior leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain a leadership competency framework
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives
- Provide one-on-one coaching to emerging and established leaders
- Manage external vendors and consultants as needed
- Implement leadership development strategies aligned with ONEOK's long-term goals
- Identify root issues through strategic questioning and recommend tailored interventions
- Oversee timely and effective delivery of leadership development initiatives
- Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve programs
- Travel to office surroundings and outdoor job sites 25-50%
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership development or related field for mid-sized and large organizations
- Experience delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences for internal customers
- Deep understanding of leadership theories and adult learning principles
- Experience using instructor-led and self-paced learning modalities
- Experience managing projects with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using assessment tools to evaluate and enhance learning outcomes
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and HR professionals
- Ability to align development programs with organizational objectives
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Attention to detail and strong organizational standards
- Skills in delivering leadership development programs, one-on-one coaching, workshop facilitation, project management, assessment tools, data analysis, problem-solving, and relationship building
- Applicable driver's license may be required if assigned a company vehicle
- Licenses and certifications are preferred, not required
