About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze business needs to prepare opportunity assessments and business cases
  • Document current business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement
  • Analyze the feasibility and added value of proposed artificial intelligence solutions
  • Assess organizational impact and required changes
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Participate in the design of AI models and validate their alignment with business needs
  • Define success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Act as a liaison between technical, clinical, and operational teams
  • Participate in sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Manage expectations and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Support user acceptance testing
  • Ensure compliance with Santé Québec standards and healthcare regulations
  • Participate in assessing AI-related risks, including bias, ethics, and data protection
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written French
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analysis, or a related discipline relevant to the responsibilities and requirements of the position
  • A MIFI equivalency assessment is required for any degree obtained outside Québec
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in business analysis
  • Three (3) years of experience in Agile/Scrum project management
  • Contributed as a business analyst to two (2) complex technology projects within the past five (5) years
  • Experience conducting organizational impact analyses related to business processes, roles, and operating models within a large-scale organization
  • Requirements analysis and documentation
  • Business process modeling
  • Use case and user story writing
  • Feasibility and organizational impact analysis
  • Requirements management and traceability
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Modeling techniques (UML, BPMN)
  • Organizational change management
  • Risk analysis and mitigation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Collaboration tools (Teams, Slack)
  • Understanding of fundamental AI and machine learning concepts
  • Awareness of AI ethics issues, including bias, fairness, and explainability
