About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform analysis and programming activities to support and/or enhance the Youth Sector’s digital solutions within the Digital Solutions Directorate of the Vice Presidency of Technology and Information (VPTI), Santé Québec
- Participate in specific projects, such as technology upgrades and system redesigns
- Provide support to facilities operating the Youth Sector’s digital solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold an undergraduate university degree (bachelor’s degree) in information technology or another relevant field (e.g., software engineering), or have relevant experience, certification, or a combination of qualifications deemed equivalent to the academic requirements
- A MIFI equivalency assessment is required for any degree obtained outside Québec
- Very good knowledge of Santé Québec’s Projet Intégration Jeunesse (PIJ), including its technology environment, architecture, programming language and framework, database, and business logic
- Familiarity with the business logic underlying the code and the PIJ database structure
- C# and the .NET platform (project developed in .NET 10)
- Ability to write optimized LINQ queries
- Basic front-end technologies (HTML5 and CSS3)
- Agile methodologies and practices
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and development best practices (Clean Code)
- Experience with Blazor WebAssembly
- Proficiency in written and spoken French
