About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform analysis and programming activities to support and/or enhance the Youth Sector’s digital solutions within the Digital Solutions Directorate of VPTI, Santé Québec
  • Participate in specific technology enhancement, redesign, and other projects as needed
  • Support facilities using the Youth Sector’s digital solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology or another relevant field (e.g., software engineering), or have relevant experience, certification, or a combination of qualifications considered equivalent to the academic requirements
  • MIFI equivalency is required for any degree obtained outside Québec
  • Very good knowledge of Santé Québec’s Projet Intégration Jeunesse (PIJ) system, including its technology environment, architecture, language and framework, database, and business logic
  • C# and the .NET platform (.NET 10 project)
  • Ability to write optimized LINQ queries
  • Basic front-end technologies (HTML5 and CSS3)
  • Agile methodologies and practices
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles and development best practices (Clean Code)
  • Experience with Blazor WebAssembly
  • Excellent written and spoken French
  • Only candidates legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada will be considered
