About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the target ServiceNow architecture, including multi-instance architecture, security, integrations, data, and CMDB
- Design modular solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CRM, CSM, and HRSD based on business needs
- Ensure solution performance, security, and scalability
- Lead platform governance
- Manage Delivery teams, including solution designers, developers, and administrators
- Challenge user stories and arbitrate customization requirements
- Contribute to strategic scoping engagements, Data & AI roadmaps, governance initiatives, transformation program management, and change management
- Design and deploy concrete, industrialized solutions to transform clients’ practices and usage
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow, including 2 years in ServiceNow architecture
- Professional English proficiency
- Daily use of AI in a professional context
- Analytical mindset and strong adaptability
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong understanding of the overall information system landscape
- Advanced mastery of the Now Platform
- Expertise in ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, and cross-functional business solutions: HRSD, CSM, SPM, and SecOps
- Proficiency in the platform’s Artificial Intelligence capabilities: Predictive Intelligence, GenAI / Now Assist, and Virtual Agent
- Proficiency in cloud architecture patterns
- Expertise in integrating complex ecosystems using API-first and pub/sub approaches
- Proficiency in security standards: OAuth2, SAML, and mTLS
- Experience with international, multi-module projects subject to stringent security requirements
- CIS certification in a non-IT business module or CTA/CMA certification is a major plus
- Leadership skills and the ability to communicate with technical and functional stakeholders
- Ability to explain architectural decisions clearly, manage risks and impacts, and deliver internal training
