About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the target ServiceNow architecture, including multi-instance architecture, security, integrations, data, and CMDB
Design modular solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CRM, CSM, and HRSD based on business needs
Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of solutions
Lead platform governance
Oversee Delivery teams, including solution designers, developers, and administrators
Challenge user stories and make decisions regarding customization requirements
Clearly communicate architectural decisions, as well as risks and impacts
Deliver internal training to develop team capabilities
Contribute to strategic transformation, governance, program management, and change management engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow, including 2 years in ServiceNow architecture
Professional proficiency in English
Daily use of AI in a professional context
Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for adaptability
Entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent command of the Now Platform
Expertise in ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, and cross-functional business solutions, including HRSD, CSM, SPM, and SecOps
Proficiency in ServiceNow’s artificial intelligence capabilities, including Predictive Intelligence, GenAI / Now Assist, and Virtual Agent
Strong command of cloud architecture patterns and the integration of complex ecosystems, including API-first and publish/subscribe architectures
Proficiency in OAuth2, SAML, and mTLS security technologies
Experience with international, multi-module projects subject to stringent security requirements
CIS certification in a non-IT business module or CTA/CMA certification is a plus, but not required
