About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support companies in implementing ServiceNow solutions, from initial scoping through technical and functional administration
- Translate business needs and requirements into configuration and functionality specifications
- Define the technical solution on the ServiceNow platform while adhering to the tool’s standard capabilities
- Support change management initiatives: impact analysis, training materials, training for key users, and deployment support
- Perform or delegate configuration, potential development work, and unit testing
- Lead requirements workshops and challenge existing processes
- Deliver technical and functional designs
- Formalize specifications and prepare technical documentation
- Conduct demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) activities
- Manage the resolution of defects
- Prepare solutions for production deployment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow, including JavaScript-based implementations
- Professional proficiency in English
- Daily use of AI in a professional context
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of adaptability
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong command of the ServiceNow platform and its advanced configuration capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of the HRSD, CSM, SPM, and SecOps modules
- Ability to adapt to Agile methodologies, HR or Customer Service processes, and ITIL frameworks
- At least one CSA certification
- CIS certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Data ecosystem
- Ability to integrate GenAI, particularly Now Assist and advanced automation
- Ability to manage end-to-end projects with expert-level seniority
