About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with customers to understand business needs and expectations
- Translate customer needs clearly to the solutions delivery team
- Learn and master the OneReach.ai platform
- Develop pre-sales demonstrations
- Maintain updated client proposals throughout all project stages
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities
- Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects
- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate
- Consolidate product information from various sources into detailed technical documentation and proposals
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins
- Collaborate with a distributed team of experts in conversational AI, automation, and user experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years+ of proven expertise in client-facing management roles (Business Analysis, IT Project Management, IT Product Ownership, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in QA or Development roles
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline
- Fluent business English
- Critical and creative mindset with a track record of translating business visions into practical technical solutions
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Proven experience in managing time frames and budgets
- Experience in project management within a modern software environment, including technical projects
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is nice to have
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs is nice to have
- Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions is nice to have
- Previous exposure to B2B SaaS products is nice to have
- Must be based in Portugal and living there permanently/long-term
- Must be currently registered as a sole proprietor/self-employed in Portugal for the B2B contractor role
