About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process payroll settlements in clients’ Workday applications
- Settle on-demand payments as requested
- Maintain client-specific support documentation
- Manage daily control reports
- Perform Treasury exceptions
- Provide Workday payroll settlement services to clients
- Interface with clients to provide payroll expertise
- Work closely with team members to support collective goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School graduate, GED or equivalent; higher education preferred
- 1-2 years Payroll Customer Service experience
- Experience in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of payroll and payroll processing preferred
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and competing demands
- Excellent problem-solving and mathematical skills
- Ability to use tact and discretion with customer information
