About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up and accurately and timely index tax tickets and notices in OSV Support and Salesforce
- Perform daily audits of ticket and notice data with 98% accuracy
- Meet established daily ticket and notice quotas
- Manage unassigned aged tickets within a 24-hour timeframe
- Locate client account information using the TaxEx system
- Process Critical and Blocker tickets within 2 hours of receipt
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Support domestic North American tax functions for clients
- Perform data entry and administrative projects for the Tax department
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School graduate, GED or equivalent; higher education preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Excel
- Willingness to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong data entry and research skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Comfort with technology and applying it to solve problems
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- Knowledge of payroll taxes a plus
- Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce preferred
