About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the product strategy for expanding OSV beyond the Workday ecosystem
  • Identify and prioritize platform ecosystems, payroll processors, HCM providers, ERP vendors, service bureaus, and channel partners OSV should serve
  • Develop market segmentation, partner personas, opportunity assessments, and product investment recommendations
  • Define differentiated offerings across Full BPaaS Tax and Treasury, Treasury as a Service, TaxEx SaaS, and embedded partnership models
  • Establish the product vision for tax, treasury, money movement, compliance, and related services across multiple platforms
  • Own product vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap for TaxEx, Treasury, and ecosystem enablement capabilities
  • Lead continuous discovery with platforms, processors, partners, clients, prospects, sales teams, and operational users
  • Translate customer, partner, operational, compliance, and market insights into product outcomes and prioritized investments
  • Define APIs, data exchange frameworks, reusable connectors, configuration models, partner onboarding, and processor visibility for non-Workday platforms
  • Drive partner-facing capabilities including portfolio dashboards, treasury and filing visibility, exception management, reporting, and operational controls
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Tax Operations, Treasury Operations, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Translate market opportunities into scalable offerings, value propositions, and partner-ready solution packages
  • Define positioning, packaging, pricing inputs, launch plans, and commercialization readiness
  • Establish product and commercialization processes for new ecosystems and platform partners
  • Define product readiness criteria and align sales commitments with capabilities, implementation capacity, operational readiness, and regulatory requirements
  • Measure adoption, partner outcomes, customer value, recurring revenue contribution, and product performance
  • Serve as senior product leader for strategic platform and processor relationships
  • Engage product and technology executives at prospective and existing partners to shape opportunities and align roadmaps
  • Represent OSV in customer advisory boards, industry discussions, partner sessions, and market discovery activities
  • Monitor market, competitive, technology, regulatory, and ecosystem trends
  • Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product team
  • Establish product outcomes, decision rights, discovery practices, roadmap governance, and success measures
  • Create an empowered, customer-centered, evidence-led product culture
  • Communicate product strategy and tradeoffs across executive, technical, operational, commercial, and partner audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive product management or product leadership experience, including leadership of complex B2B or enterprise products
  • Demonstrated success defining product strategy and taking zero-to-one or new-market products from discovery through commercialization and scale
  • Experience with platform products, ecosystems, APIs, integrations, embedded services, or multi-party B2B solutions
  • Strong product discovery, market analysis, prioritization, roadmap, and outcome-measurement capabilities
  • Ability to translate complex customer, partner, operational, regulatory, and technical needs into coherent product direction
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without relying solely on direct authority
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
  • Preferred: Experience in payroll technology, employer services, tax administration, treasury, banking, payments, fintech, HCM, or ERP ecosystems
  • Preferred: Experience developing B2B platform partnerships and reusable integration strategies
  • Preferred: Knowledge of money movement, compliance, controls, filing, reconciliation, or other regulated product domains
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Workday, UKG, SAP, Oracle, Dayforce, ADP, or similar enterprise and payroll platforms
  • Preferred: Experience leading and developing senior product managers or multi-product teams
  • Strategic product thinking and ability to define new markets, products, and ecosystem opportunities
  • Ability to balance customer needs, market opportunities, business objectives, operational realities, risk, and technical constraints
  • Ability to lead zero-to-one product initiatives with clarity and discipline
  • Exceptional discovery, communication, influence, and storytelling skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Partnerships
  • Ability to use data, customer insight, and market evidence to make product decisions and articulate tradeoffs
  • Ability to build empowered, outcome-oriented product teams with clear accountability
  • Understanding of scalable platform capabilities serving multiple ecosystems and partner models
