About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, scale, and elevate OneTrust’s global GTM enablement strategy and delivery
  • Report to the SVP of GTM Operations
  • Lead the team responsible for onboarding, continuous upskilling, and performance optimization across the global GTM organization
  • Define and execute a multi-year global enablement roadmap
  • Drive field productivity, rep ramp-time reduction, and consistent quota participation across customer-facing roles
  • Own company-wide execution, coaching, and reinforcement of MEDDPICC and related frameworks
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Legal, and Revenue Operations to create playbooks, buyer persona maps, and value-selling tools
  • Build and deliver coaching and leadership enablement programs for sales managers and directors
  • Scale global onboarding tracks and high-potential development initiatives
  • Optimize the revenue enablement technology stack
  • Establish KPI frameworks connecting enablement programs to ramp rates, win rates, average deal size, multi-product attachment, and sales-cycle length
  • Translate platform updates, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics into measurable enablement programs
  • Drive quota attainment, shorten deal cycles, and expand ACV bookings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience leading global enablement, revenue operations, or enterprise sales leadership in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment ($200M+ ARR scaling to $1B+)
  • Deep understanding of complex enterprise SaaS sales motions involving multi-stakeholder buyer committees
  • Expert command of MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and consultative enterprise discovery frameworks
  • Hands-on experience scaling modern blended learning formats across distributed global teams
  • Experience with live, asynchronous, certification, role-playing, and AI-assisted coaching programs
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence C-suite executives, product leaders, and frontline representatives
  • Strong focus on proving ROI through ARR growth and productivity metrics
  • Strong analytical thinking and complex analysis ability
  • Effective communication of complex technical concepts in simple business language
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple complex projects
  • Strong SQL knowledge preferred but not required
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data in spreadsheets
  • Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool: Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker
  • Salesforce proficiency and experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with sales technologies
  • Experience creating telemetry to drive business decisions
  • Analytics experience spanning customer insights, business reporting, management information, and ideally Sales and Marketing
  • Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, evolving product environment
