Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic corporate and enterprise customers
Lead large-scale technology adoption and transformation programs
Facilitate executive workshops and strategic conversations with customer leadership
Guide customers through envisioning, planning, and delivery of user adoption and change management programs
Tailor work products to customer needs and industry standards
Lead enterprise transformations involving technology implementations of 20,000 users or more
Build and run stakeholder engagement, success measurement and tracking, business value use cases, organizational change impact analysis, stakeholder interviews and assessments, communication strategies, enablement strategies, and Champions programs
Lead change programs for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise rollouts
Translate product capabilities into role-based use cases
Design enablement and Champions approaches
Define adoption and business-value measurement
Advise on rollout sequencing and capability activation by user groups
Craft proposals and Statements of Work with the sales team
Support sales demos and workshops
Explain the role of change management in transformation projects
Coach and mentor junior team members on best practices
Help shape and expand the change management practice into Artificial Intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 8 years of external consulting experience in a Change Management Lead role
Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformations with 20,000+ users
Experience leading teams of Change Managers in a delivery setting, not as a formal supervisor
Proven experience leading change management programs tied to technology implementations
Experience working with and presenting to executives
SME-level expertise in Google Workspace, including leading change and adoption for an enterprise deployment or migration
SME-level expertise in Gemini Enterprise or predecessor Google Agentspace, including adoption, use-case-led enablement, Champions networks, adoption and value measurement, and responsible-use discussions
Cloud Digital Leader certification, or ability to obtain it within 3 months of starting
Google Cloud Generative AI Leader certification, or ability to obtain it within 3 months of starting
PROSCI Change Management certification is highly valued
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Sound business judgment and creative problem-solving ability
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior colleagues and customers
High proficiency with Google Workspace and other cloud collaboration tools
Focus on delivering tangible results
Experience moving customers from Microsoft 365 or another collaboration suite to Google Workspace is useful
Google Workspace administrator certification is useful
Experience leading AI adoption programs is useful
Experience supporting pre-sales, including proposals, Statements of Work, and customer demos, is useful
