About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new business growth by establishing strategic relationships with senior-level executives in large retail and e-commerce organizations
  • Operate within a defined geographic territory
  • Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiation
  • Support onboarding of new enterprise clients to ensure volume commitments are met
  • Manage daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Sales on reporting, territory strategy, and administrative tasks
  • Represent OnTrac at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales or a related field
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value contracts
  • Strong relationship-building and executive-level communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Strong business and technical acumen
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving strategies
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Customer-focused issue management and decision-making
  • Accountability, integrity, ownership, trustworthiness, and reliability
