About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and other business contracts
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and provide clear guidance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align contract terms with business needs and objectives
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and manage contract lifecycle processes
- Develop and implement standardized templates, playbooks, and contract management best practices
- Monitor contract performance and compliance
- Proactively address issues and support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal reporting related to contracts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Deep understanding of contract management and administration principles and terminology
- Knowledge of standard office software and contract management technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism
- Must understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy
