About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for logistics, transportation, and operational technology initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to launch products enabling smarter network operations, increased visibility, and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of network performance data and product, program, or technology management within a logistics environment
  • Expert knowledge of systems integration, operational platforms, and asset management technologies
  • Exceptional skills in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and systems integration
  • Understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy
  • Ability to communicate at a high level, influence decision-making, and facilitate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to balance long-term product vision with hands-on execution and operate effectively through ambiguity
  • Ability to address complex and unique challenges by evaluating intangible factors and their potential impact
  • Ability to use conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and broader operational, technical, and business implications
  • Ability to lead and actively contribute to company objectives and guiding principles
