About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design UX and UI for mobile and web, end to end
Build designs in front-end code using React and TypeScript
Map end-to-end user journeys and detailed user flows, defining information architecture for booking, onboarding, and crisis moments
Run user interviews: set objectives, recruit, moderate, and synthesize
Design AI-driven features, including loading states, wrong answers, and handoff to a human clinician
Own the component library and design patterns in the repository
Work directly with engineers, stakeholders, and the CEO
Set the design standard for the team and teach learned practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Front-end code that ships; React and TypeScript preferred
Can clone a repo, run it, and open a PR
Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
Strong visual craft: type, spacing, hierarchy, restraint
Responsive design experience, working alongside a dev team
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variables, and interactive prototyping
Able to run a user interview that produces insight
Clear communicator who manages own deliverable priorities
Fast learner, flexible, and comfortable changing direction when evidence changes
Working Thai and English
Preferred: Health, mental health, or another regulated industry experience
Preferred: Practical use of design thinking, Agile, or the hook model
Preferred: Accessibility and low-bandwidth mobile experience
