About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead UX and UI design for enterprise eCommerce experiences
  • Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive, scalable web designs
  • Design desktop administrative portals and mobile-first customer-facing storefronts
  • Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs using Figma
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, design patterns, and Figma libraries
  • Design responsive mobile experiences focused on accessibility, content hierarchy, and conversion-oriented shopping journeys
  • Apply usability principles to identify friction points and improve customer and administrative workflows
  • Collaborate with product owners to define product branding and craft visual narratives using the Story Brand framework
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform capabilities
  • Provide detailed specifications, component states, responsive behavior, interactions, and implementation documentation
  • Create digital assets including icons, illustrations, and web page CMS theme designs
  • Maintain high standards of typography, layout, color balance, and visual consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
  • At least 8 years of previous experience in web design
  • At least 4 years of previous experience working with enterprise companies
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, variables, libraries, prototyping, and design-system management
  • Proven experience owning the complete UX process, including information architecture, user flows, wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff
  • Deep understanding of enterprise eCommerce UX patterns and shopping workflows, including product discovery, catalogs, search, product detail, pricing, cart, checkout, accounts, and order management
  • Experience designing dealer-based workflows involving different user types, permissions, catalogs, pricing, inventory, or purchasing experiences
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles, including WCAG
  • Ability to create detailed, implementation-ready designs that clearly communicate component behavior, states, interactions, and responsive requirements to developers
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level or higher)
  • Experience designing experiences for BigCommerce or similar (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with headless and composable commerce concepts (nice to have)
  • Experience with eCommerce experimentation, conversion optimization, and behavioral analytics (nice to have)
  • Experience using AI-assisted design and research tools (nice to have)
  • Previous experience creating Search Engine optimized designs and digital assets (nice to have)
  • Portfolio demonstrating enterprise eCommerce design experience, especially Dealer-Network OEM Sites for Agricultural & Compact Construction Machinery
