About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end client implementation for new and existing clients
  • Provide business process improvement guidance and best-practice recommendations
  • Serve as the primary client contact during implementation and post-implementation
  • Compile and submit compliance reports
  • Provide ongoing client training, support, and coaching
  • Analyze and resolve client concerns and complex issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed
