About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, unrestricted California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
  • Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
  • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
  • Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
  • Minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients preferred
  • Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or other common adult behavioral health needs preferred
  • Telehealth experience preferred
  • Licensure in multiple states preferred
  • Additional language proficiency preferred; Spanish highly desirable
  • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations preferred
  • Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts, where applicable preferred
  • Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted California clinical license; associate-level applicants are not accepted
