About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents
- Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs
- Develop age-appropriate individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers when clinically appropriate
- Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate
- Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
- Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
- Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
- Minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability
- Experience providing psychotherapy to children and/or adolescents preferred
- Experience addressing youth behavioral health concerns preferred
- Experience engaging parents and caregivers as part of treatment preferred
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Licensure in multiple states preferred
- Additional language proficiency preferred; Spanish highly desirable
- Experience working with diverse or underserved youth and families preferred
- Associate-level applicants are not currently accepted
