About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide virtual psychotherapy to couples, partners, and/or families
  • Assess relational and family-system needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients with communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, intimacy, and other relational concerns
  • Apply evidence-guided relational or systemic approaches appropriate to training and scope of practice
  • Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate
  • Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, unrestricted California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
  • License and scope of practice must permit couples, relationship, and family therapy
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based care
  • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
  • Passion for culturally responsive, client-centered care
  • Minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability
  • Experience providing couples, relationship, and/or family therapy preferred
  • Training or experience in relational, systemic, or family-based approaches preferred
  • Experience addressing communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, or family-system concerns preferred
  • Telehealth experience preferred
  • Licensure in multiple states preferred
  • Additional language proficiency preferred; Spanish highly desirable
  • Experience working with diverse or underserved couples and families preferred
  • Associate-level applicants are not currently accepted
