About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the performance and development of the IT project management team within Customer Success
- Lead project managers delivering implementations of global network security solutions
- Coordinate implementation of Open Systems' network security solutions across international organizations
- Step in directly on customer escalations within project governance
- Protect customer relationships and support the project management team during escalations
- Own project management as a discipline within the CCO organization
- Develop project managers
- Set project management standards and judge project work with authority
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant work experience in IT
- ETH, university, or FH degree in Computer Science or a related field (sciences)
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience leading, mentoring, or building a team; formal people leadership is a strong plus
- Structured, analytical thinking and ability to bring order to complexity
- Solid command of project management
- Readiness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally worldwide (required)
- Experience in IT project consulting and IT project management
- Qualifications such as PMP, CAPM and/or Prince2 are desired
- Experience with global networks and internet service providers
- Conceptual knowledge of basic network security concepts and practices
- Commercial and relationship experience with ISP partners, including negotiation, welcome addition
