About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support business teams in defining, structuring, and successfully delivering their transformation projects.
- Understand business challenges, gather requirements, lead functional design, and ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Gather and analyze requirements, facilitate workshops, understand existing processes, and draft business requirements documents and specifications.
- Participate in design workshops, write functional specifications, model processes, and contribute to defining solutions.
- Define test strategies, prepare test scenarios and test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing campaigns, and track defects through resolution.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions, create user materials, and support teams during deployments.
- Track actions, risks, and deadlines; coordinate project stakeholders; and participate in governance meetings.
- Act as the interface between users, project teams, and technical partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in AMOA, Business Analysis, or functional project management.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and communicating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Able to gather, analyze, and formalize complex requirements.
- Proficient in producing functional deliverables and leading user acceptance testing.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- A team-oriented approach and an interest in supporting users through their transformation projects.
