About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead IT deployment projects
- Develop and maintain the integration and deployment of the solution across all environments within the assigned scope
- Ensure the day-to-day operation of the dedicated scope in a deployment context
- Develop technical and functional expertise to ensure the RUN operations of the activity
- Manage problems and monitor the resolution of Level 2 and Level 3 incidents
- Measure and communicate service quality
- Participate in steering meetings and related committees
- Maintain and enhance documentation
- Perform corrective maintenance when required
- Act as the interface between business and technical teams
- Ensure the application of best practices and compliance with methodologies through to project completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience as an Application Manager
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Fluency in English or experience in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of Linux
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries
- Proficiency in scripting
- Team spirit and ability to explain and mentor
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus
- Service-oriented mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
