About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests to ensure application quality
- Participate in defining test strategies with development and business teams
- Develop test automation scripts using Python and Robot Framework
- Execute functional, regression, and integration test campaigns
- Analyze results, identify defects, and support their resolution
- Track and report on testing activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of qualification processes, methodologies, and tools
- Help integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions
- Work on a variety of assignments across the public sector, banking, insurance, and telecommunications industries
- Participate in the recruitment process through telephone, HR, and technical interviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in test automation
- Proficiency in Python and Robot Framework
- Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and application life cycles
- Proficiency with defect-tracking and test-management tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with version control tools such as Git
- Experience with CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured) is an asset
- Rigor, autonomy, and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team and in demanding technical environments
- English proficiency sufficient for communication in a professional, international context
