About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and development teams
- Gather, analyze, and document functional or technical requirements as user stories
- Participate in designing data models tailored to business needs
- Draft and maintain functional specifications
- Contribute to functional acceptance testing and change management
- Use JIRA to track requests, enhancements, and defects
- Query databases using SQL to validate data or perform basic analyses
- Work with major enterprise clients on application, infrastructure, project management, and business project ownership support initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Strong command of SQL
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA
- Proficiency in data modeling methods (UML, Merise, etc.)
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Rigor, curiosity, and strong analytical skills
- Regular on-site presence expected
